The different blade-holders and their respective blade-sets according the Slitmaster models

Each Slitmaster machine has a blade-holder, which holds the blades in place. This is placed at a right angle, at a distance determined by the required thickness of the slices or sticks to be cut.

Exchanging the blade set in a blade-holder to cut a different thickness is extremely easy and fast.

When the blades begin to dull, exchanging the blades in the holder is also simple and fast. When in need of new blades, you can order them from Marcelissen, who will dispatch them by mail or by courier.

As long as the produce is well de-stoned and cleaned before cutting, the blades will last for months on end.

The individual blades within each blade-holder can also be exchanged. When a single blade gets damaged, for instance by a stone in the produce, it is not necessary to buy a complete new set, but just a single replacement blade.

Slitmaster models: SL 902, KF 85

These both have fixed blades for slicing.
They are available in thicknesses of between 7 and 17 mm.
They also have fixed blades for cutting into sticks.
They are available in thicknesses of between 7 and 17 mm.

Almost any combination is possible. For example, slice thickness of 10mm and stick-blade distance of 10mm, resulting in sticks of 10 x 10 mm, or slice thickness of 10mm and stick-blade distance of 12mm, resulting in sticks of 10 x 12mm.

The blade-sets are easily interchangeable.

SL 902 and KF 85

These both have static blades for slicing.
They are available in thicknesses of between 7 and 17 mm.
They have rotating blades for cutting into sticks.

MA models with their rotating blades make cleaner cuts than the models with fixed blades.
