This semi-automated weighing and packing machine comes pre-assembled and ready to be installed, for example connecting to an onion and potato grading machine.

The machine uses a dynamic chute, ensuring an uninterrupted flow. We call the chute "dynamic", because it allows the grading machine to continue operating whilst the operator replaces the full sack with another empty one. Without the dynamic chute, the grading machine would have to stop each time the sack was changed.

This machine has a capacity of 200-280 25 kg sacks per hour, that's between 5 and 7 tonnes per hour, depending on the speed of the operator.

This machine weighs and fills sacks ranging from 10 to 50 kg.
